For Sale is a clean 1972 GTO. I have Pontiac Historical Services documentation that this was an original 400 GTO with 400 turbo automatic. Currently, it has a rebuilt (around 1000 miles) 455 Pontiac engine with Ram Air IV cam that has tons of new parts inside and out. Motor was checked out, built and assembled by local reputable shop. Motor has new aluminum performance intake, Holley carb w/electric choke, HEI distributor, cam and timing set, roller rockers, Eagle crank. Installed at same time as engine was: NOS Harrison 4-core radiator, new ceramic coated headers with full FlowMaster Dual exhaust and factory splitters, 200R4 tranny all beefed up to handle the 455's torque with new converter, all new brakes (master cyl, lines, rotors, calipers, wheel cylinders, drums, hardware). Has new AM/FM cd player and speakers. Paint is showing patina. Body is solid except for a few minor spots. Has original tilt wheel, buckets, console, hood tach, F41 suspension. Interior is clean but the seat inserts have a few splits in the seams. Has original wheels on it and a set of the honey comb (?) wheels to go with the car. They need to be restored, however. All the hard mechanical work is DONE!
