Highly modified street machine that will give you the ride of your life. This started as a 1966 Chevrolet Nova and has become a highly desirable, well engineered performance machine. The real feature of this Nova is twofold. It retains its unmodified body and interior but has been given performance enhancements that make it truly a one of a kind automobile. The body has been left mostly stock and has been restored to show quality. All the Chrome and stainless components are show quality and the glass is original but in great condition. The interior has been left basically stock but restored to as new condition. Interior enhancements are minimal but necessary and include a full set of gauges including a tachometer and a boost gauge. For driving comfort there is a wood rimed steering wheel mounted on a tilt steering column and an FM/AM stereo radio with cassette mounted properly in the dash. Performance modifications are extensive but need to be listed. Starting with a 355 c.i. street modified Chevrolet V8 engine that has a Weiand polished twin rotor supercharger that has two Holley 1850-5 four barrel carburetors mounted on in it. Custom fabricated tubular headers flowing through four Flo Master mufflers all exiting at the rear of the car through a 3 exhaust system. The ignition is a complete MSD system and the wires to the spark plugs are Accel Spiral Core. All this power is transmitted through a four speed Muncie M -21 manual transmission that is shifted by a B & M shifter. The rear end is a narrowed Ford 9 that is held in place by an entire four link rear suspension all connected to a full length sub frame system. The car is tubbed and the gas tank is a plastic Harwood 12 gallon that is mounted on the floor of the trunk along with the battery. The wheels are all Centerline aluminum and the rear tires are Mickey Thompson 31x16.5. If classic performance Chevrolet's are your desire than you cannot pass this one up. The former owner went to the extreme to make the street machine of his dreams. Unfortunately health concerns prevented him from enjoying this outstanding performer.
