This means it is registered as a 60's Ford/Shelby and does not require a California smog certificate. Only a few SB100 are issued by the state each year. Don't be fooled by Cobras that don't have SB100 or you may not be able to register and drive your car in California, happens all the time. Comes with tonneau cover and car cover.
