The original color was Light Blue, with a light blue interior. Some moron spray painted it black and you can rub it off to expose the blue, thist may have been a good thing because the only rust on the car is a little bit in the floor pans. You can see this in the pictures and it is actually very superficial.

Amazingly, the underside doesn’t seem to have any real rust issues as you can see in the photo gallery and the 10 Bolt 3.73 Rear End is very strong and perfect for putting your big engine in. The radiator doesn’t leak and it drives fine. The T-tops are in great shape, except they are missing the handle to close them, so I have used pliers.

I am selling this car b/c I have 2 other resto projects. I also have collected 3 of the original NR aluminum spoke wheels that came on this year Z-28 as the best wheel option. You can have them for $135 if you want. They sell for $125 each on ebay. Also the wiring harness from the dash to the engine has been cut, so it will need a new one, which are not expensive.
It has/had power windows and locks and the passenger window rolls up and I assume the driver side window would work if the switch was hooked up, but the door panel is missing. I found the switch after I had taken out the engine.

Anyway, look at the photo gallery for full info there are a lot of pics of the inside of the trunk b/c someone asked for them.

The underside of the car was coated, so it is in good shape except there is a hole in the passenger side floorboard behind the passenger seat. it is about 1/2 a foot wide. It looks like it was impacted by something under the car, rather than gave out because of rust. I didn't notice the hole until the seat was moved. The grills are missing and the headlight inserts flew off when I was driving. The hood scoop is present with doors that open and close, but does function automatically as it should. I have driven this car to break in a motor and all it needs to run again are an engine and transmission. - period.
